Service Agreement for ClientMe.ai

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ClientMe.ai ("Provider") and the undersigned client ("Client") and outlines the terms and conditions for the subscription and use of the ClientMe.ai CRM software, including setup and monthly service fees.

1. Service Overview

● ClientMe.ai provides CRM software with integrated funnel templates, booking calendars, and automated email/text sequences for Client’s use in managing client interactions.

2. Fees and Payment

● Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $197 is due upon initiation of service. This setup includes:

○ 4 pre-made funnel templates

○ 4 pre-set booking calendars

○ 4 pre-made email and text automations

● Monthly Subscription Fee: A recurring fee of $97 per month grants access to the ClientMe.ai CRM software.

● Refund Policy: The Client has up to 7 days from the start of the service to request a refund for the setup fee and any monthly subscription fees. No refunds will be granted after this period for any reason.

3. Cancellation and Termination

● Cancellation: To cancel the subscription, the Client must text the cancellation request to 214-833-6309. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further monthly charges will apply.

● Chargeback Policy: By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks for any fees paid under this Agreement. All sales are final after the 7-day refund period.

4. Use of Services and Liability

● Scope of Service: The setup fee is exclusively for providing the listed templates, calendars, and automations. The monthly subscription fee solely provides access to the software.

● Limitations of Liability: ClientMe.ai is not responsible for actions taken by external platforms (such as Facebook) that may impact the Client’s advertising accounts. No refunds will be issued if the Client's Facebook ad account is banned or restricted while using ClientMe.ai.

5. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

● By signing below, the Client acknowledges understanding and agreeing to all terms, including the refund policy, cancellation process, and non-refundable setup and subscription fees.

● The Client agrees to use the service responsibly and releases ClientMe.ai from liability regarding external platform policies or account restrictions.
